I received professional, excellent service on my non-functioning AC unit one day after calling for an appointment. My information was taken, Dave called me that evening to discuss my issue, and he came out the next day and replaced the broken part. He was polite, knowledgeable, and also offered tips on how to maintain my AC for optimum efficiency. The Gas Company Team was friendly, responsive, and experienced. I highly recommend this company.

I called a furnace fix it place recommended on Angie's List because, although not unhappy with our regular furnace-fix-it place, I wanted to find someone I was happy with. Anyway, about an hour after I called the first furnace place, I started smelling gas while outside on the deck near the exhaust pipe. Liberty Utility, the gas company, came immediately - within thirty minutes. They told me what was wrong "hot surface igniter." Since I still hadn't heard from the first place, I called a second place, The Gas Connection. They have a professional answering service. Someone was at my house in less than three hours from my first call. My questions were answered. The furnace was fixed. I've set up an appointment for future work: expansion tank, relief valve and something for my water pressure.

Simply put: integrity and professionalism! Our AC had failed on the morning of a 80° day which was due to climb to 90°+. The office manager informed me that she would reach out to the technicians and see if someone could swing by for a quick look during their fully scheduled day. The owner, Dave, called in advance to let us know he would be able to come by in the next 30-40 mins. Upon his arrival, he took time to listen to our comments and then began to diagnosis the issue. After 20 mins, Dave provided the options and steps he would take to get the AC back up. More importantly, his options started from the most economical to the more expensive. His first option worked and we were cooling down @ his lowest solution.This integrity is a rare attribute in the home service industry today. You have earned a customer for life!
